I am a fat queer androgynous blob surviving this human experience.

I acknowledge the privilege of being born into the lucious Willammete valley with shady trees to hide under and brisk rivers and lakes to joyfully float around in. I have had the privilege of practicing bodywork for 20 years here in Portland OR. My work is based on learning your story and it manifests pain or discomfort in each individual body. Our stories also create the path through to releif. I want to provide tools beyond the table allowing you to decrease or avoid flares of chronic imbalances or occurrences of future injuries. I continue to listen to your story throught the body allowing it to guide me to patterns of tension. This also determines the intensity used when addressing tension in the body. I use sustained compression allowing tissues to melt and encouraging the nervous system to transition into our rest and digest system decreasing stress. I hope to listen to your story soon.

Outside the studio my best friend TV and I spend all our time together laughing, crying, learning and yelling. I am a stuard to a little dog with a big personality, ferocious drive yet so sensitive she shakes at the sound of an elevator. She rules me with a tender paw and active tongue.
