Evolve is Rachael’s solo practice. Born out of the desire to offer person center treatment of pain and discomfort in the body, mind, and spirit. Focusing on listening to peoples stories to unlock the puzzle pieces contributing to chronic, acute and emotional imbalance showing up in the body.

Since 2012, Evolve Bodywork PDX has found a home in many wellness spaces in N and NE Portland. With great joy in 2025, we took the leap and created our spacious private studio on NE Broadway next door to Broadway Books and the Alteration Station. Over the years, Rachael often drove by this space and fantasized about the making it home for Evolve Bodywork PDX. Our studio is a real life dream come true!

Filled with colorful florals, warm walls and natural light. We call it Our Urban Meadow. A welcoming space for our black, BIPOC, fats, queers, trans, nonbinary, non-monogamous, kink communities, and all bodies! Cises can come too ;)
